AA/A Stick
Grade AA/A is the best quality of product of cassiavera stick that has diameter between 0.5 – 2.5 cm, volatile oil 2.75% up, and moisture content max 15%. This type cassiavera has clean surface and no mold and available in 2 kind of class that is AA (D = 0.5-2.0 cm and A (D = 2.0-2.5 cm)
Cinnamon Stick
Cassiavera/cinnamon stick is a dried cinnamon that it has been scraped and or not scraped. This cinnamon is harvested from the cinnamon tree and then dried. Cinnamon stick is available in various types of grade such as cassia stick AA, A, KA, KB, KC. These sticks have length between 20 – 60 cm
